Carlos Cordero's journey in Peru

Excellent quality!

Hello Fiorela,

I'm Jeannette, Carlos's wife. Since I'm usually the photographer and social media commenter, Carlos allowed me to connect with you directly.

Although our experience in Peru was affected by digestive illnesses and altitude intolerance, the service we received from your agency was exceptional. From the moment we were welcomed at the airport to the moment they assisted us in our farewell to the country, it was of excellent quality. I learned that everyone on your team who provided us with guidance, transportation, and tour services was very kind and, above all, very knowledgeable in their work. I want to thank all the tour guides, with whom we shared wonderful moments and whom I consider to be open history books. I'm still amazed that they often climb Ollantaytambo Park several times a week. Oh, what lungs they have! The hotels we stayed in were very good, with very respectful and friendly staff. I especially want to thank the staff at the Maytag Hotel in Cusco. They treated us with great care, considering that we needed additional cleaning services, oxygen administration, among other assistance. We also thank the staff at Ava in the Sacred Valley for their kindness. This hotel has a restaurant that allowed us to eat exquisite dishes and enjoy a garden full of splendor. We are very grateful. We would like to once again give special thanks to our tour guides for their patience, their knowledge of the history of the Inca community, and their dedication to their work. They left us a beautiful cultural legacy of the Inca community. The only thing we would like to share is that the suggestion or recommendation of eating or chewing coca leaves while in Cusco could present a heart problem due to its stimulant nature. In my particular case, I suffered from rapid heartbeats for more than six hours, even though I am a patient who requires medication for heart rhythm problems. This is an issue that deserves consideration when offering these recommendations. If I had to travel to Cusco again, I would not use coca leaves because they are a stimulant that accelerates my heart rate. I understand that this should be clarified during the tourist orientation process.

We will never forget our visit to the Sacred Valley, visiting Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu Pueblo. The trip on the Perurail train was fabulous. I loved the elegance of the staff and the beauty of the train. It was the perfect day.

A curious fact for us was seeing so many dogs on a Friday night. Could they be partying? They looked so cute and very healthy.

Thank you so much for your professionalism.
