Hello Viviana I am already in Argentina. The truth is that EVERYTHING was incredible... very nice your country, excellent service, ALWAYS response to every problem, and there were, not because of you, I do not want to lie there was tension and a little fear, but luckily YOU ALWAYS RESPONDED / ATTENDED / talked to me, advised me and everything went as I was told, in the most tense moment Carlos Torres was there and thanks to him I took the train. The truth is that everything was EXCELLENT. I congratulate you because they are special and unique circumstances, and you were there, and for me those are the moments where you can really appreciate the quality of a Service.
